They're really bulky but they work sometimes depending on what I'm wearing. I figured wearing them sometimes was better than ALWAYS using disposables. Do any of you use reusable/washable pads? Which ones do you recommend? I don't leak that much during the day, just when I'm nursing one side the other side leaks. </p>
