<description>&#60;p&#62;@cvbee: My rice cereal always changed consistency after a while, so I kept the rice cereal separate in a little container and used a small bottle of water to mix when needed. I think Earth's Best also sells individual packets of rice cereal for convenience as well.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My question is: can you pre-mix the water into the rice cereal and just take it along in a tupperware, or does it get gross / better to bring water and flakes and mix when you are about to feed?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm new to solids and tomorrow will be our first time having solids out and about.  To make it more complicated, it will be my Mom giving baby the solids, out at a mall while I'm somewhere else.
