The belly massages and bicycle legs to get LO to poop. And doing the happy dance when it works!

My ridiculous diet while nursing. Going down to eating only 3 foods and eating the same thing every day for all of 2012.

Drinking formula myself.

Those things take the cake for me but I have had to do things like help him poop etc.

Once during his early toddler years Wagon Jr. was playing with a little metal car (bigger than a hot wheels) that had doors that opened and closed. For some reason he was REALLY upset that he could not remove the car door. He was screaming and screaming so Wagon Sr. grabbed the car and broke the door off. That's right... he broke the metal. Not even at the door hinge... the metal of the door itself. I wish I had the car here so I could take a picture and show you. It's pretty ridiculous. I have no idea how he did it. It literally looks like it's made of play dough and he tore it off. It was a very Hulk Smash moment.

Now Wagon Jr. is 3 and whenever he sees the car he asks "where did the door go?" Oh, little man...

I sing a song to LO that goes, "Boobie boobie boobie, a boobie dee doo" over and over in a goofy voice because it just thrills the hell out of him.

I'll sing it in public if I have to. Yes, I sing "boobie, boobie" over and over in public because it makes my child laugh.

Awwww,.,., what an awesome mama story!!!

K is only 9.5 weeks so nothing too crazy yet I guess? Does BFing standing up in a bathroom stalk count? She was crying so hard I just had to feed her ASAP!

I think just the amount of money we spend on silly things (a billion bath toys, 45.3 million blankets) but nothing like that........yet :)

Hmmm a different route but the most ridiculous think I've had to do is "help" him poop. I won't go into detail...you get the picture.
We are working on the issue with our Ped.

Aww! What a good mama you are! And do t know what I love more, that the toy was actually a dog toy or that it was named "Guy". Your LO cracks me up.

J is only 5 mo. I can't think of anything ridiculous I've done for her other than birth her while she had her hand on her head (ouch) and pump at all hours to get her enough milk for daycare.

He's ten.months so nothing crazy yet... Just embarrassing myself in public to make him laugh.

I was reading another thread and it made me think of the ridiculous things we will do to make our children happy:

When my second was 2.5-3 she had this stuffed squirell that was really a dog toy that she found before we had a chance to give it to our dog. It was her favorite toy, she named him "Guy".

One day we were doing to our favorite local Mexican restaurant and she dropped him into a drain in the sidewalk. The drop was aout 5.5 feet and there was a door in it (the asemebt door to the Mexican restaurant. At this point she is hysterical so we go into the restaurant and ask if they are able to open the door...they were not. She is now close to vomiting from crying so hard.

We go back outside and scheme. I am able to scoot the grate over far enough to jump in. I get guy toss him up and all is well in the world...right. No-now I have to get out of the drain. I pretty much had to jump and army crawl out of the drain.
Needless to say we did not get Mexican that night so I could go shower, but every time we go there she asks if we remember when she dropped Guy.

What ridiculous thing have you done for your LO:)
