That thing is a behemoth! The ladies at the baby store I rented it from let me pump in one of their exam rooms and I was able to get almost enough milk for tomorrow's bottles. It's nice though, the pump is gentler but more powerful at the same time. My backup pump died a slow and agonizing death today. I haven't had a letdown all day, am engorged, and hand expressed about half of what I need for today. I'm leaving in 15 minutes to go get a rental for the next two months.</p> <p>Suffice it to say that I'm never recommending Ameda pumps again for regular pumpers. </p>
