No, no troubles transitioning. I tried first to do naps in a PnP but she's not a great napper to begin with, so I was worried we wouldn't be able to do it. We have a nightly routine, so we did that and put her in the PnP instead of the RnP. She's been there for about a week no problems. We also made sure we had the quilted PnP sheets on instead of regular ones so it would be more of the same texture as the RnP insert.

No, he only napped in the rock and play. Most nights he slept in the co-sleeper until the transition to the crib. We wanted him used to sleeping flat.

We moved our little man over at 2.5 months (I wanted to get it done before I went back to work) and we didn't have much trouble - a few nights of rocking to sleep, but once we put him down, he'd go/stay asleep.

We were long over due to transition DS. We didn't move him until 4 months and he slept waaay better in the crib (he was just too big for the R&P!)
We did do some sleep training / CIO with checks for the first few nights.
He went from being up every 2 hours to at least sleeping for 4!

No after we were done trying to ease the transition with stuff she did not need it took 2 days. Way easier than I thought it would be. She was 4 mo. We tried a Merlin suit and zipadee zips but only used them for a night or two.

Did your LO have trouble transitioning from the Rock and play to the crib? If so, what did you do to help?
