She slept in it occasionally for short naps as a newborn, but would never sleep in it for long periods.</p> <p>LO also had a flat head at birth, and our pediatrician cautioned again using the RnP or the Car seat a lot (as in, not to use the car seat as a stroller). We brought it with us into different rooms in the house and to relatives homes when we traveled around the holidays. It's nice for travel and random napping around the house but I wouldn't use it as the primary sleeping gizmo unless you have to for reflux or keeping your sanity reasons.
