We have a rocker in the living room (wooden, but super comfy) and have an Ikea rocker in the nursery. 90% of the time I nurse on the couch or on the bed in her room.

we bought an inexpensive glider from amazon because our land of nod glider took months and months to arrive. the inexpensive glider worked just fine:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00194D9AE

but our big, comfy land of nod glider has clocked so many hours with charlie and olive. to nurse, read books, to rock to sleep, to hold when sick. in fact i pass out in it every morning after olive's morning feeding! it was definitely a must have for us, but it's different for everyone. some prefer to nurse on the bed, sofa, etc.

We bought a huge over stuffed gliding reclining chair because I knew there would be some long nights and possible sleeping in it and comfort was #1 on my list!

To save money, my husband and I opted for a regular old wooden rocker with a custom cover. I am kind of regretting it since it's not very comfy... at all! Getting nervous that the glider is one of those important items that gets a lot of use for BF and just spending time with baby. Any input, is it something that I should re-think before baby gets here?
