She hated it the couple of times I gave in to worrying and tried it, so I'm really glad I didn't try to force it. She's changing by the minute, learning new skills. If she's not the first of her peers to do something, who cares? She'll get there when she's ready. Right now she's working on scooting around via backbends. Looks spectacularly uncomfortable, and inefficient, but she loves it! All the books say they do belly to back first but not mine! DS1 did back to belly first because he was refluxy and couldn't do tummy time without puking so we didn't do it much. So far it looks as though this one will too ( he also hates TT). Today at 9 weeks, he has started rolling onto his side from his back. </p>
