Older one is 32 months and little one is 6 months. So far bedtime is going well but the first night the baby cried so we brought her downstairs to the travel crib and the second night the older one was up in the middle of the night for some weird reason. She almost never wakes up. I would say the faster you do it, the faster they will adjust to each other. Sometimes they STTN sometimes they don't. Naps are hard, they wake each other up, or play instead of sleeping.
