He got better pretty quickly after the rash appeared. High fever for 3-4 days, which we treated toggling Advil and Tylenol, tepid baths and lots of snuggles. Once the rash appears the fever should have broken and he should be on his way back to normal. If so what are some ways you helped LO be comfy? My son has had it for four days now. The rash appeared yesterday. He just seems so miserable. I feel helpless but the doctor said we have to let it just run it's course and control the fever with Tylenol. </p>
