My doctor told me to stop if I felt pain during exercise... so I would probably rest and maybe try a different kind of activity. Maybe swimming or water aerobics?

I also vote rest BUT might still try yoga, especially prenatal yoga. In the class I go to, the instructor asks each of us specifics about what's bothering us physically and tries to tailor the class to what we need. For example, if a particular sequence or pose bothers you, just skip it. And it might help!

Your ligaments are much more soft and relaxed during pregnancy, meaning that you don't have the joint stability that you are used to. I don't think I would push through it, personally, because your body is under enough strain as it is; I vote rest!

I rest, I feel like it gets worse the longer I go or harder I try. I can do walking and that's about it during pregnancy.

I rest... Whenever I exert myself too much I get really bad hip pains and I def need to stop and rest. I don't know what would happen if I keep pushing myself!

So I am finally feeling well enough to begin exercising more (21 weeks) but now that this baby is bigger I am noticing a lot of mild/moderate round ligament pain when I'm exercising. Is it safe to keep going within what I can tolerate? Or should I take it as a sign to stop and rest? I'm not doing anything strenuous. ..walking, stationary bike, and considering starting yoga back up. Any ideas?
