Just kept an eye on the kids at first to make sure they weren't bouncing around too much :) And I LOVE my BOB. It was expensive, yes, but it's amazing. We also bought the carseat adapter and ran (on solid ground...no off road) before 6 months. I think that LO was 3-4 months when I started running with him. I stopped running when I got pregnant again at 6 months PP but I'd definitely recommend the BOB.
