Right now my supply is going down and so sometimes she nurses really quickly and other times she isn't getting much so she wants to stay latched for a long time! It seems like when she's sick, she will lay there happily and snooze after eating. I soak up every minute of that because it's your choice then. When she was attached to me for a long period of time to eat, I would get anxious and feel like I had to move around! </p> <p>Last night, she ate right before bed and fell asleep in my arms. But now, he wants comfort and when he was sick ugh he just wanted to be on me all the time. And all I wanted was some personal space. My LO is typically super efficient, but whenever she's sick or mastering a milestone or just needing extra love, she nurses a lot longer. She only nurses 5-10 min at each feed and only on 1 side. I never thought I would say this but I miss our 45 min nursing sessions :(. I love the closeness we share while nursing. </p>
