Before Wagon Jr. started daycare at 18 months, our schedule was VERY similar to yours:

7am: Wagon Jr. wakes up, I quickly shower before getting him up and dressed
7:30am: Breakfast
8:00am: quiet play while I clean up from breakfast, after which I join him
9:00am: playdate with friends. He'd snack either on the way or at the playdate
11:00am: back home
11:30am: lunch
12:00pm: quiet play
12:30pm: nap (mommy time!)
3:00pm: up from nap, snack
3:30pm: playgroup or music class
5:30pm: dinner
6:00pm: play with Daddy as I clean up from lunch/dinner
6:30pm: bath, bedtime

@Honeybee: I am doing my preschool certification now, one site I like is counting coconuts, the author posts the age of her son along with her plans:

I don't have a set routine with LO. The day starts when she decides to wake up 6-7:30am. I feed her breakfast and we play until her nap (3 hours after wake time). After her nap she'll eat lunch and I usually take her out to the market, mall, play at home, or we have a play date!

@ Looch - DD is 22 months. She's definitely an active little monkey, too!

Do you have a resource for activities? I'd like to get some more ideas on fun, engaging activities for her, and I like the Montessori style quite a bit.

@Honeybee: how old is your toddler? My son is 15 months and we're still doing 2 naps a day, but your schedule looks a lot like what I will do with my son once we drop the afternoon nap.

Instead of free play and circle time, I'll have Montessori style activities set up that DS can work with.

We don't have a set routine. It depends what time she wakes up, and what I need to do that day. The things that we do the same every day are:

Wake up, change and feed LO. Two hours later is nap time. When she wakes up, change and feed her. If it's a meal time I'll feed her solids before her bottle. Repeat until bath time at 8:00, we bath her, put her in pj's, give her a bottle, then bed.

In between it just depends what needs to be done. We play, go for walks, I'll put her in the pack n play, jumper, etc. when I need to make dinner, do dishes, laundry, etc.

I'm pretty sure with two kids.... you guys will never get bored!

Any SAHMs out there care to share their daily routine? I am new to this SAHM thing, and with both an infant and toddler, I'd like to have a structure in place so we can actually get things done. Here's my schedule so far:

6:00 am - I'm up and get ready
7:00 am - DD's gets up and gets dressed
7:30 am - Breakfast
8:00 - 9:00 am - DD has free play; I clean up the kitchen/gets the dishwasher started, then join her play
9:00 - 9:30 am - "Circle Time" (stories, music, rhymes, etc...)
9:30 - 11:30 am - Activity time (park, walks, hikes, indoor baby gym, play dates, etc...)
11:30 - 12:00 pm - DD has arts/crafts time while I make lunch
12:00 - 12:30 pm - Lunch
12:30 - 3:30 pm - DD's nap; I get "Mommy Time" :)
3:30 - 4:00 pm - DD's snack; she also gets to watch tv, if she wants
4:00 - 5:00 pm - DD has free play again while I start prepping dinner
5:30 - 6:00 pm - Dinner
6:00 - 6:30 pm - Play time with Daddy
6:30 - 7:00 pm - Bath time
7:00 - 7:30 pm - Bed time routine
7:30 pm - Bed time

DD will still go to daycare two days a week, so those days I'll do the majority of the housecleaning/errands and my schoolwork (I'm working on my Master's right now). Anyone have any suggestions? Does this schedule look busy enough to keep us from getting bored? I'll also be taking care of DS throughout the day, but he's pretty easy, so I'm not too concerned about him.
