If I couldn't fall asleep, I would just lay in bed and watch TV so I was at least resting. I feel guilty for not keeping up with housework, so I try to use the time to do laundry or the dishes or prep dinner. </p> <p>I didn't get much in the way of sleep last night, though, and he napped for like 2 hours this morning, and after sitting and yawning for half an hour I handed the monitor over to DH and went and napped for an hour and a half. It was glorious, and I feel like a real person!</p> <p>Are you able to nap when your LO naps? </p>
