I've managed to keep bottles frozen for up to 8 hours pretty easily when we travel (I take them in case LO has a breakdown while we're driving or the fasten seatbelt sign is on in an airplane and I can't give her the breast). Seems a shame to throw it away!</p> <p>My freezer stash is around 150-200 oz at the moment. Maybe a bit excessive since I don't work outside the home...but I try to do her last feed before bedtime in a bottle so that I know how much she gets. I also like to be able to go to the gym/salon/run errands at my leisure, or have a date night, without the pressure that I have to pump or I can't go out.
