We try to visit my parents once a week (usually Tuesdays or Fridays), and on Thursdays we'll typically meet up with friends for lunch. We also run errands like grocery shopping, post office, etc throughout the week. Thursday is always a toss up. Those are just mornings, in the afternoon we always go on a walk to one of the local parks, and sometimes (often) we do a little errand on the way. No set schedule but we usually do one stroller walk and one outing a day. He still takes 3+ naps a day. The outing is anything from going to the wine store (tsk tsk) to going to Target to going to my sisters for the afternoon to meeting a friend downtown for lunch (boston). If we miss his nap window, he skips the nap and that's not worth it.</p> <p>Our outings are mostly just my errands since he's still so little - grocery shopping, farmers market, out for walks, the gym, library, mall/shopping, post office, bank, etc. We go to the thrift store fairly often too.</p> <p>I nanny one day a week, 8.5 hrs a day and that can be tiring enough so that I like to spend a few days in if I can. </p> <p>As much as I love his age now, I am also excited for the age when we can to go to park, children's museum, science museum, play centers, tumbling classes, library etc. </p> https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/sahms-what-is-your-going-out-of-the-house-schedule-like-during-the-week#post-291340 Tue, 11 Sep 2012 20:05:46 +0000 MamaBehr 291340@https://boards.hellobee.com/ <p>I joined a Baby Boot Camp program, so I try to go at least four times a week, which with a 2.5 year old and six month old it can be challenging. A grocery store, post office, trip to Nan &amp; Pop's house, a play date, or hospital visit (where Da Da works). </p> <p>We had Hurricane Leslie here (Newfoundland, Canada) the last two days so IVE BEEN INDOORS FOR TWO WHOLE DAYS WITH LO. Nap time is from 1-3ish and that's when I clean. We also go to the library on Thursdays, for the Mother Goose program. Otherwise, I just have a list of places to go/activities, and we pick from the list each day.
