Our days have been pretty messed up since DH got home from a 9 month deployment a few weeks ago, but what it USED to look like (and what I hope to get back to) is:

Either he wakes up at like 5 to nurse and I put him back in his crib then I get up at about 6 to go workout (DVD) OR he gets up at like 6 to nurse and we relax in bed for a bit then I go for a run with him in the jogger.
7 - I shower, he stands at the edge of the shower talking to me, lol. Sometimes he'll get a pouch of "baby food" (which is really just a home made smoothie in a squooshie pouch).
730 - he and I both get dressed
8 - I clean up the kitchen (I don't do dinner dishes right away, they "soak" until morning), he eats Cheerios in his high chair. Then I make us breakfast (he usually gets half an apple, 2 pieces of turkey sausage, and two eggs cooked over hard, I usually get oatmeal) All that is usually done by 9ish
9 - we play on the ground with Live with Kelly on in the background. This is usually either throwing balls around the living room or hammering things, lol.
10ish - I nurse him to sleep for his morning nap.
While he naps I usually do laundry (and diaper laundry) and watch my DVRed shows.
He wakes up USUALLY around 11:30. If we have errands to run, this is when we go. If not, there is more ball throwing and hammering in the living room.
12:30 he gets lunch.
If I'm feeling lazy, afternoon is more crawling (and now walking) around downstairs throwing balls and hammering things. Sometimes I wear him on my back and vacuum, dust, etc. Sometimes we have playdates.
3 - he goes down for a second nap. This one is sometimes only a half hour long, sometimes up to 2 hours long.
After his second nap he's not as chipper as he is in the morning, and I usually end up reading "Moo, Baa, La La La" to him at least 15 times because he LOVES it. Or we'll go to one of the playgrounds in our neighborhood and he'll go on swings. And there's usually some more ball throwing and hammering.
I try to have dinner ready by 6ish, so when I start depends on how long it will take. If DH isn't home either he eats some fruit in his high chair and we rock out to some music while I cook or if he's fussy I'll wear him on my back. If DH is home they play.
630 we walk the dogs.
7 is bath time. With DH home he does baths
8 I nurse him to sleep.

DS is 14 months old, BTW

ETA - Every Tuesday we have different groups at 10 am then we go out to lunch with our friends. (La Leche League, Natural Parenting, Babywearing Playdate, etc.) Friday mornings we meet with the Spouse Group for my husband's squadron either for coffee or at a park.

And I also nurse him randomly throughout the day. I still nurse him on demand.

6am - wakeup, nurse for a bit while we all doze.

7am - get up, make breastfast, see daddy off to work.

9am - walk around the neighborhood, etc. something outside the house but close. If we just hang out at home I try to get some kind of yoga/aerobics whatever exercise

11am - 1pm - nap

1pm - lunch, hanging out, getting ready to go

2pm - leave for something fun, museum, zoo, playdate, park, whatever.

5pm - get home, start dinner

7pm - daddy gets home, dinner, hanging out

8:30 - bedtime.

often we'll leave the house in the morning and get all crazy with our schedule, but this is our normal routine. she's napping later and later lately, which makes it hard to do anything after lunch.

Just wondering what a typical day for other SAHMs looks like!

My LO is 15 months old:

6am: she wakes up to nurse for about 15 minutes or so, then falls back asleep
8am: wake up for the day
8:15am: breakfast for both of us. I clean up the kitchen afterwards while she plays with some toys
9am: get dressed. Depending on the day, we will either go for a walk, go to the library or mommy & me class, run a couple errands, or just stay home and play (if we stay home, I usually do chores like laundry, vacuum, etc)
11:30 - 12pm: she usually goes down for a 1.5 - 2 hr nap during this time
1p - 2pm: wake up, eat lunch
2:30ish: the afternoons are toughest... she usually gets bored and whines, so I try to take her out to run errands, especially if we haven't been out earlier in the day
4pm: come home, start prepping dinner while she whines some more. She used to take a short :30 catnap around this time, but lately she's been fighting it and staying up until bedtime
5pm: feed her dinner. Usually DH will come home while she's eating.
5:45: play for a bit, then start bath around 6PM
6:30 - 7p: lights out!
