I currently shower daily in the AM after feeding LO, but my plan is to have DH watch LO for an hour per night while I pump, shower, and get bottles and stuff washed and ready for the night. He works long days so hopefully this will be doable for him without beig overwhelming.. Every night after DS goes to sleep I settle into a hot bath with a book, and then stand up and take a shower. DH is home and has a pumped bottle.
