Most of the time we have a good number of play dates, plus other activities (we love the free story times at the library!) and errands, so that helps so much. And my best friend lives down the block and has a son 1 month older than my DD, so obviously that's huge. </p> <p>But when the weather is awful and we can't go outside and my friend is away, the days get long, and yes, sometimes boring. </p> <p>One thing that helps me is planning out my week, including errands. I can't wait for better spring weather to help break up the day and get outside more. We have a membership to a kids museum nearby that I try to go to some. (sorry!) I don't really have any tips or know why I don't mind SAH...though we do have an activity or class every morning, except Monday. There are always things to do-laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc but although it keeps me busy it's still boring and I often find myself flat out bored. When the weather isn't warm I find that we don't venture out much because there doesn't seem to be much to do that doesn't cost too much. </p> <p>So, SAHP's please tell me I'm not the only one that is bored on an almost daily basis...if you rarely get bored please share your secrets! </p>
