For me that means salads atop leafy greens. My fav is Fuji Apple Chicken salad from PB.</p> <p>I think of pasta or potato salads as a starch side and chicken salad as a main dish. I'm pretty flexible about warm salads like grilled watermelon or warm spinach salad since they are fruit and veggie based. </p> <p>Cole slaw and 7 layer dip are not salads!
