Used them for years and they will give you a time to go pick it up. It's usually pretty fast and same day unless it's closer to the holidays... Then it may be a day? I am pretty sure that I used wal-mart 1 hour. They were fine. I generally order through vistaprint and get the cardstock so that was the biggest difference for me.
