She's in 6-12 months now at almost a year. I think she will still be wearing some of her summer stuff this spring/early summer. I loaded up on sale stuff 12-18 mo. Oh, pre buying.

I think we'll be able to use a lot of his summer stuff from last year. He was in 2T for shorts and shirts, and I think the shorts should be fine on him, they all have stretchy waists I think. The shirts might be ok, some might be short on him. I'll have to go through everything, a lot of stuff took kind of a beating with stains from daycare.

Not yet. Usually the most we can do is re-use stuff between fall and spring. I bought most of her outerwear this year in a size up so I'm hoping we can at least use those again.

Yes my DD's 2Ts from last summer still look like they will fit! The shorts were all too big last summer. She will be In a mix of 2t and 3t.

Yes. She's very petite and grows so slow! It's nice to be able to get tons of wear out of clothes though! She usually grows out of shirts first. Pants take forever. She will be 3 next week and can still wear her 9-12 month shorts from last year... I think she has shorter legs and a longer torso.

Maybe some shorts, but I doubt it. LO is huge compared to last year! I'm thinking once he gets to 2 the growth might slow down a bit. He's so tall his shorts might be a little short on him if we re-use them.

Yes, DS wore his summer clothes for 2 summers. They were 18m-24m clothing and he was 13-14 months the first summer and 25-26 months the next summer (and super small!)

No, not yet. We are getting between 1-2 seasons per size. She's transitioning fast between 24 months and 2T. I expect we will be in 2T-3T by the time it's warm enough here for summer clothes (June).

She was wearing 2T all last summer for the most part. Some hand me downs 3t at the end of the summer. She might be able to wear the shorts still. but she is about to outgrow her 3T winter clothes. I am buying 4t for this summer, especially dresses and shirts. I don't want her dresses or shorts too short.

For certain things, definitely. Xander's reusing all his 2T winter gear again this year, but for clothes, he's starting to outgrow his 2T shirts. I'm betting he'll wear 3T for two years though.

I think H will be able to fit her shorts/capris from last year for a little while. Some of her shirts will fit too, but she has a long torso and really needs 2T shirts now.

For DS, I buy tops and they usually fit for 2 years. Shorts have lasted 2 summers.

With DD, her growth has been a lot more unpredictable, so I don't know yet.

Has your LO been able to get two years of use out of clothes? For example if they were in 3-4T last summer, will they be able to use the same clothes this summer?

LO1 was in 3-4T last summer, and I think they will fit this year too. 3T is getting small but all her 4T stuff fits well. With shorts and dresses I think it's easier to fit for longer. LO2 was in 24m-2T last summer and I thought for sure it wouldn't fit this year. I put on a romper and it has a good inch of space between diaper and snaps, so I think as long as she doesn't have a huge growth spurt some stuff can be used again. Fingers crossed!
