Not until kids r older. Took my 4,4,2 yo kids and it was pretty painful. Was a drive but we did legoland and Disneyland which my kids LOVED. Legoland is perfect for 4yos. We did the zoo - could have totally done without. There are two locations. I also like Puesto at the Headquarters with kids. Normal restaurant but in the small courtyard is a fountain, toy store and ice cream spot. And it's by the water... Lots of the beaches have a playground too, check first...</p> <p>Petco park (baseball) is fun with kids. We went for two days when she was 15 months and she could not have been happier. </p> <p>Also recommend the zoo. And if you're willing to drive, the wild animal park and Legoland. </p> <p>Oh! And check out the seals and sea lions in La Jolla. It's incredible! There are tons of them and you really get to see them up close on the rocks and beach.
