We did all those same things and loved them! Of course the zoo is great (bring comfy shoes!) and DH and I weren't sure what to expect in Old Town but loved it more than we thought we would! We stayed for 5 nights, so we did the zoo one day (you definitely need a whole day to make it worth it as it's pricey), we also went to Old Town a few times (it's a southwestern themed neighborhood with lots of good Mexican restaurants and shops to explore). We took a ferry to Coronado one day and stayed there for a few hours, though there wasn't a ton to do on the island like we originally thought. We also drove to La Jolla early one morning to check out the seals on the beach - you can get so close to them! It was an awesome trip, if you need hotel and restaurant suggestions, let me know :) And I think San Diego is totally baby-friendly!
