We had to do the same with both our washer and dryer. So I took them out and did a self clean. Just finished that and there's still sand in the bottom. :( This is my brand new washer/dryer set! Help me get all this sand out! </p> <p>ETA: I haven't been to the beach in years so I'm extremely rustyon how to get sand out. I should've sprayed them with a hose first. I didn't realize how full of sand they were. I still have all our clothes to wash which have sand too. I wonder if I should just wash them and hope that'll help get the sand out of the bottom? </p>
