I found drowning myself in water helped subdue it a bit, but not stop it. If I got the slightest bit dehydrated it got worse. I just got as comfy as possible and beared through it.</p> <p>Don't panic and don't overthink it is my only advice! I went to the hospital 4 times and almost went cuckoo because I couldn't figure out if this was "it" this time or not!</p> <p><b>HB wouldn't load when I was trying to post this so I copied it just to be safe in case I had to repost it! Congrats jedeve on your LO! Glad it wasn't false labor!</b> </p>
