<description>&#60;p&#62;Usually I do EVOO, pepper, minced garlic, and onion.  I'll do some sesame oil as well depending on what we are having with it.  I usually have to toss with some pasta though, I can't eat it plain.  Love it raw plain but not cooked  :bummed:

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Smurfette:  I actually usually put the spinach in a big pot with a tiny bit of water and lemon juice and let it steam on the stove. Once it's done I drain it to get rid of excess water, and then add back a little more lemon juice and lots of crumbled feta.
