I started walking with LO in a stroller at exactly 6 weeks pp . . . I was still spotting at that point, but after the first walk, I started bleeding again. My OB told me I needed to wait another 2 weeks to resume walking activity. I would think I'd be done, and then it would start again (usually after more activity on my end). I knew it wasn't AF because it would come and go and no cramps! Tell me I'm wrong! </p>
