She wears these huge headsets and listens to music while working, and I share a phone with her, so whenever someone calls for her, I have to YELL her name at least 3 times before she will hear me and turn around. If she still doesn't hear me, the other people in my office will start standing up and waving their arms and yelling her name to help me get her attention.
