One of his roommates left out leftover chicken strips in a go-box on the counter overnight, then the next mornign another roommate saw it and put it in the fridge. Then my DH woke up and saw chicken strips in the fridge, heated them up, and took one bite before realizing they tasted funky. He had terrible food poisoning for 3 days, and didn't feel hungry for 2 months but would eat because he "was supposed to".
