@pastemoo: Interesting. Might have to try that too! I love using Scar Away but it gets expensive after a while.

I used vitamin E oil on my scars and it definitely made them less red. They have also faded a lot over time.

@banana: I tried it and it did help but my doctor saw it and recommended vit e oil with massage to break up adhesions after i had done the 8 weeks... so I'm doing that now.

This is what I used and it totally helped:

http://www.myscaraway.com/

It started getting expensive so I stopped using it and then I noticed it was starting to get a little raised. I'm having another c-section so the doctor said he will cut around it so that it's gone and I can start with fresh new skin. I'm DEFINITELY 100% using silicone scar sheets this time since this is my last chance!

I use Earth Mama Angel Baby C-Salve on mine and love it. I didnt have any stretch marks anywhere except for 2 on the bottom of my boobs from when my milk came in, but I also used the C-salve on them (for the itching) and you cant even see them anymore

When I had my knee surgery in 2007, the physical therapist told me to rub Vitamin E on the scar to help minimize it.

Have you used any products for your surgical scar?
I just found this: http://www.milkin-cookies.com/C-Remedy-Silicone-Scar-Therapy_p_78.html&catid=27
and am considering using it. Also, thinking of getting some bio oil for the scar and the stretch marks.

Any products you used that helped?
