I think you will have to have a set schedule or you'll go crazy! It may annoy people, but having it set will help them get more used to it and they'll just have to deal!

I block the time on my calendar. I had standing time from 9:45-10:15; 12:30-1:30; 3:30-4:00. I am now down to 2 sessions so I changed my times.

I'd block in advance. It will be more annoying to have to leave a meeting to pump because you're uncomfortable than to schedule around you. I would schedule at least 30 minutes in the beginning, until you get the hang of the routine/see how long it takes to get the amount you need and scale back if needed.

How do you WOHM with lots of meetings schedule pumping sessions? I'm going back to work July 1st; my BF LO will be 4 months old. I see I'm already getting meeting requests for my return.

I typically have 6 or so meetings during the day, usually 3 or 4 back to back. I'm thinking about blocking out time on my outlook calendar now so meetings will have to be scheduled around it. But I'm concerned my boss is going to be annoyed by it and prefer I fit in pumping around meetings.

How do you schedule? If I should block my calendar in advance, how much time should I block per session?
