I've been to a chiro, I'd go weekly if it wasn't $50 a time. It has definitely helped it some. I also think I'm going to get a body pillow, it helps a little. The chiro did teach me some great stretches so I think you can definitely try youtube for them first too.

I would recommend seeing a chiro that does manual therapy (soft tissue work) like ART. I don't think that regular adjustments would help. I know it didn't for me.

Hope you feel better soon. :(

Stretches and prenatal massage. I had it horribly a few weeks ago! I started going every two weeks to a massage therapist. It's expensive, but I feel so much better. Also, it helps me if I'm not standing on my feet a lot. I need to take breaks sitting down.

I recommended this before as *temporary* relief, but a si belt (serola). http://www.serola.net/

It will help with the pain, but i would also do some core exercises to address the core issue (haha, no pun intended).

Any recommendations for easing sciatic nerve pain? I've had it on and off for a few weeks, and it's back in an ON phase.

The midwife suggested a chiropractor, which I'm going to look into. I tried a prenatal yoga class tonight, but it definitely did not help! Anything that worked for you, besides, you know, having the baby and getting it off your nerve?
