&#60;p&#62;I was browsing Science Daily and came across this study and loved it so much I thought I would share.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Not sure I quite have the whole support system in place, but I am trying to do a better job of mothering myself and accepting myself.  And keeping only those friends and interacting only with family members who are supportive.&#60;/p&#62;
