We are a few hours south and it is already up into the mid-90s. There's a place for breakfast/brunch nearby called Butters that has really good food (open from 6:30am - 2:30pm). Papago Park is also popular and barely a hike... very short.</p> <p>We ALWAYS bring out-of-state visitors to the Desert Botanical Gardens. I'm going to visit a friend in Phoenix, and I've never been! The trip is mid-May.</p> <p>I'm finally going to spend my hotel points and stay at the snazzy new Andaz Scottsdale. I'm SO excited! I'm also considering crossing off a bucket list item: renting a poolside cabana for the day. </p> <p>It'll be my first time staying at posh resort, so I imagine I will mostly stay there and relax, catching up with my friend. What would you recommend for exploring the Phoenix area one morning/evening? </p>
