And yea the cholesterol is in the yolk. He has a scrambled egg for breakfast most mornings, and has since about 7 months.</p> <p>Like @regberadaisy: I like to mix in spinach too. Sometimes a little bit of cheese, sometimes mushrooms or tomatoes.
