As others have mentioned, Hotel Andra is very nice, its more of a boutique hotel. Last time I stayed there they had Kiehl's shampoo/soaps in the bathroom which I think is a nice touch. I don't think any of the rooms have water views though, its about a 10 min walk to the Pike Place Market/views of the Puget Sound.</p> <p>There aren't many hotels actually on the water in downtown Seattle, but there are plenty with views.
