My DH is always finding them on his deal websites (dealnews, woot, etc). If you want to spend more, an alarm system is probably the way to go. </p> <p>Also, may as well get a lock box for your valuables inside. Since then we haven't gotten an alarm or anything thinking it was so unlikely for something to happen again. But there was some sketchy sh!t going on right in front of my house last night at like midnight. We're in a pretty rural area on a side street that no one needs to go by unless they live there where people have 2+ acre lots all around me so it's not like anyone just goes walking around. There's no street lights so it's pretty dark.<br /> Now that I've set the scene... after yesterdays incident, I want better lighting around the house. If you were up to no good, would you be more deterred by a fully lighted area that just had lights on, or by a motion sensor light that you triggered? </p>
