It was always when i stood up quickly, got too hot, or exerted myself. It scared me at first but i learned to manage it. A lot of times everything would go black for just a few seconds afterward. My ob said it could be blood pressure related (my blood pressure is on the low side when i am not pregnant and pregnancy lowers it for me...so this seems like a good explanation to me). I can't really think of a clearer way to explain it- I literally feel like a cartoon character that got hit on the head or something, they just float around everywhere in my vision. It used to just happen when I was throwing up, but now in my third trimester it can be brought on by coughing hard, bending, etc. I keep forgetting to bring it up at my doctor appointments - a google search says it could be blood pressure related, but mine has always been fine. </p>
