Which is 32 hours before my IUI. (I would have done it around 11 or midnight but I fell asleep on the couch and woke up at 2am.) I triggered at 2 pm and went in the next day at 11. They really encouraged doing it as soon as I got the message and they seemed a little concerned about the timing. I was given a very specific time. But again, for IVF.<br /> I would agree with the others. I'd either call the on-call doc and ask for a specific time, or just do it 36 hours before. Not a specific time, but like "Tuesday evening". I liked to do it later in the evening because I figured 36 hours to O, and then another 12 hours to catch it. So by doing it later in the evening we'd have another chance to BD. They gave me a very specific time since it was for IVF and the timing had to be just right for retrieval. Are you doing IUI or timed intercorse? If IUI they might want you to do it at a specific time, but for TI maybe you should do the shot depending on when you'll have time to BD? Good luck!! </p>
