Everyone I have contacted (Aflac, e-supplemental) said they only go through groups. I can get short term disability through e-supplemental but it only gives maternity coverage if there is a problem with the pregnancy / delivery, not if it's just regular maternity leave.</p> <p>@dagret: Yes, I did know about the 10 month thing. She now has a different job, essentially self employed, and still has it.
