Etsy is definitely the place for crafty home-shops. I really want to run an Etsy shop, but I've tried twice and it was a hassle both times. The hardest thing is getting noticed, especially if you don't have a unique project.

Good luck!

My sister just started an Etsy store for craft things, and she's already made a 'random' sale after only a week!
She seems pretty happy with it so far

I'd definitely recommend Etsy for selling things like that!

I have a huge stash of fabric and art paper that I've been itching to put to good use. I make gifts for friends and family now and then, and now want to try selling art online. If you've done this, what did you use? Etsy? Something else? I've tried Ebay a couple of times, but I don't think it's where people go for handcrafted things.
