I never had anything ruined by them, though, I just was sort of careful what I brought. With the laundry in your building, you could just do one small delicates load or whatever, when you have time, but the bulk of your stuff would come back nice and folded. The current residents said they have no problem using it but she's a SAHM and has the option of washing during the day. I'll only be able to do it nights/weekends. We're planning on sending it out just to save our little bit of free time and not have to deal with it then. I was so broke then, too, but the only laundromat nearby had terrible hours and was so unpleasant, plus those machines were still expensive. I dropped off and picked up, but they washed and folded and it was awesome. </p> <p>The only thing that sucked is everything went in the dryer, where I usually hang up a bunch of stuff to dry. The service I used was amazing,they washed my clothes better than I did!
