I finally got round to joining the gym today and have an appraisal tomorrow to do my measurements (boo) and work out an exercise routine (yay). I'm a little bummed about when all the classes are scheduled... None after E's bedtime and only 1 or 2 a week in his nap times so between DH's shift work I might not get to go to the classes a lot. But the gym will be good.... I'm excited to have my music playing and just go for it... I'm not looking forward to how hard its going to be at first though.

Just wondering if you had thought of doing the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation? I swear I don't work for her and I'm not pitching you!  But I did 2 rounds before falling pregnant and it was seriously the best thing I've ever done.  I lost 10kg in my first round and about 4kg in my second, and got  my fitness up to running about 16km straight.&#60;br /&#62;
Let me know if you want any additional information. I plan to sign back up as soon as I get clearance after I have my baby!
