I've been to Sequoia in November. We stayed in the little cabins... 1 rooms, no bathroom. It was coldish (I'm from Wisconsin, so I have somewhat of a tolerance), we wore fleeces and jeans during the day, and winter coats, leggings under jeans at night... but it wasn't so cold that we didn't want to be outside (with some drinks of course). No snow yet when we went. The raccoons were intense.

it's possible, but i don't think yosemite valley really got snow last year with this drought, so you may be in the clear.

other than that, i'm no help because i've only gone camping there and i wouldn't want to do that in november! :silly:

We are planning to go to Sequioa National Park the weekend before Thanksgiving. I've been doing a little bit of research and it looks like I should expect snow. For bees who have been there or live in the area, is it definitely snowy in late November? Or just some years? We will take chains, but I'm a SoCal girl and the thought of needing chains is scary to me. : )

Any tips on where to stay, what to do? (With two toddlers, 4 adults.)
