I didn't see an update from yesterday (Monday's hearing) but I believe Sarah from Serial said she couldn't be there Monday. I'm very interested to hear how the judge rules. Sarah did indicate that either way it will probably just end up back in appeals court. </p> <p>I was a little sad to see the statement from Haes family.
