The closest they got to us was 5-6ft away. Once LO was 22 months and once she was 26. We went the second time because DH wanted to go with her too (the first time was with friends). We went to that party and it was a lot of fun and definitely worth the extra ticket price. </p> <p>I would try to get end of the row seats, or a first row where there will be space in front of you because the kids get up and dance, and the characters come into the audience. There were definitely plenty of older kids there (like 3-4 year olds) who were having fun dancing. DD will be 34m when it's playing. Sesame Street isn't her absolute favorite but she does like it. I saw that tickets aren't terribly expensive. Is it worth taking her even if it's not her absolute favorite? It would be her first live performance. </p>
