@Mrs. Sunshine: I have noticed a difference in my mood when I am taking fish oil regularly as well as Vitamin D3 drops.

Also I have found through my IF treatments that my acupuncturist has helped my moods stay "balanced"

My sister always had terrible PMS and swears by a combo of B complex, D3, and magnesium. (She says magnesium helps the cramps, B and D improve her mood)

I started supplementing with B complex and D3 a couple months ago and feel like I've been generally happier/more positive, so it could be worth a shot.

@JennyD: Thanks! I'm open to anything. It's so hard when I'm acting crazy, know I am & have no control. At those times all I want is DH to hug me but no one wants to hug a person that acts that way. It's such a struggle & knowing what it's like on the other side, I really can't bear to live this way.

Have you tried omega 3s for emotion? I found somewhat the opposite situation. I was MISERABABLE during my pregnancy, and found that the omegas really helped. I think a doctor recommended it. I've continued using them since my LO was born. I find a noticeable difference in my mood a few hours after taking them.

I took prenatal omegas during pregnancy. After, I found some that are formulated for emotions.

Good luck! I hate it when I'm being ridiculous but I can't stop. It sucks.

I've always had some major PMS & the older I've gotten the worse it's gotten. (Periods started at 13, I'm now 22.) While I was pregnant, somewhere at the end of the first trimester, my hormones became beautifully level & those were the best 6 months or so of my life & of my relationship with DH. Seriously, I was a person I liked & that didn't get upset about anything, it was a delight. Now at 6 months pp AF has returned & I am a mess. Constantly angry at DH for something, can't let things go, crying, gritting my teeth out of anger, acting hateful & I am so serious when I say I have no control. I pray, practice yoga, listen to soothing music, eat clean, get regular fresh air & exercise & drink plenty of water. Nothing works. I miss the un-muddled person I was during pregnancy. I am desperately in need of suggestions. I really need help guys,. I feel like I'm drowning in a pool of hormones.
