I'd hate to push myself to do it when I didn't feel like it. We got really lucky - our sex life has been amazing post baby. But I've gone through several periods (hormonal swings, I assume) where I just couldn't stand the thought of it. Pushing through that would have made for some really negative associations, I think. </p> <p>Now, if you wanted to call it a 'daily intimacy challenge', where it was sex (any kind) or just some really focused time spent together, I'd be all for that. We actually try to do that already - we *always* go to bed together, even if one of us gets up after a little while.
